Rotor Stator Attachment for Dispermill® Dissolvers

For emulsifying and homogenizing of solids into low viscosity liquids. A Rotor Stator is a High Shear Mixer that utilizes a rotor a stationary stator that typically operate at very high speeds, creating a vortex circulating the product through the gap between the rotor & stator, resulting in a very homogeneous dispersion.

Vacuum unit for Dispermill® Dissolvers

For dispersion or mixing under vacuum, The Vacuum unit can be carried out with both single and double wall vessels. The Vacuum lid is provided with white LED illumination for a clear view in the vessel during the mixing process. Also a porthole for adding raw materials or additives are included.
