Mixing elements are crucial to the dispersing process. Different mixing elements are utilized to optimize the quality of the operation. We offer a wide range of mixing elements that can be used for different applications. All our mixing elements are made of high-quality stainless steel which is easy to clean.

Double grinding disc
The dispersing disc sucks both at the top and at the bottom. Particles hit the disc and are thrown out by the centrifugal force. The particles are made smaller (by the speed at which they slide over the disc, the so-called “shear force”). At some point, the particles are so small that they form agglomerates with the liquid (under the influence of a binder).
Butterfly propellers are used for the mixing and stirring process for high viscosity products. Through the hole in the blades, less air is sucked in by the propeller and you prevent air entry.
Marine propellers are used for the mixing and stirring process for low and middle viscosity products.
We offer three different types of grinding discs with 6mm centre hole and 5/16” female thread. Sizes vary between 30mm and 120mm.
